Zenith's return visit - third stop: Anhui Tianlu Highway and Bridge Maintenance Co., Ltd.

Hefei, known as Luzhou in ancient times, is known as "the head of the south of the Yangtze River" and "the throat of the Central Plains". Since 1979, QGM has sold many block machines to Hefei, which most of them are still in operation. The third stop of Zenith's return visit on 4th May – Hefei.

Anhui Tianlu Highway and Bridge Maintenance Co., Ltd. is located in the Italian Industrial Park of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is a modern comprehensive enterprise integrating scientific research , development, construction and sales. Over the years, Tianlu has undertaken more than 60% of the traffic road projects in Hefei City, including Hefei Yangtze River Road, Jinzhai Road Viaduct, West Viaduct, North-South Viaduct, Yuxi Road Viaduct, etc., making great contributions to the economic development of Hefei City.

During the construction of highway protection, greening and ground consolidation projects, there is a huge demand for concrete pavers and curbstones. Considering the costly outsourcing and unstable quality, Tianlu began to produce concrete products by itself.

In 2015, Tianlu decided to purchase the Zenith 940 pallet-free mobile block making machine, fully originated from Zenith in Germany after comparisons and inspections. Zenith 940 can be used as a universal block machine for non-standard concrete products, and special products that can’t be produced by single pallet equipment. Such as concrete cable ducts, manholes, and even high products up to 1000mm etc.

Zenith 940 has performed outstandingly since it was put into production. At the same time, Tianlu's business has enlarged. With the demand for concrete products increasing, the second Zenit 940 was introduced in 2017. At present, Tianlu's concrete products can not only meet the needs of its own business, but also be sold externally.

‍‍When the Zenith visting group arrived at Tianlu, the Zenit 940 was in production. The engineer Mr Cesarek carefully checked every part of the equipment, measured the specifications of the finished product, went above and beyond to help Tianlu staffs work through all the questions and concerns.
