HZS series of Ready-mixed Concrete Mixing Plant is designed for the users who require large quantityr

of concrete, from the projects of roads, bridges, ports, airports, commercial housings and buildings, and other

infrastructure constructions.

Note: the quantity of aggregate bins wil be designed as per customer's requirement The total power doesn't include the power of screw corveyor.

The wearresistance of the mixing paddles saves time and cost to replace,and at the same time, improves the machine's durability andreliability.

Hydraulic Discharging Gate

The opening of discharge gate can be adjusted by hydraulicsystem as per specific requirements. Emergency dischargingfunction: when the machine accidentally stops, it is able tomanually open the discharging gate and discharge the

remaining admixtures.

Decelerating System  

Decelerating system uses high-speed, synchronized,and closed planetary decelerators. Compact structure,high efficient transmission, and easy maintenanceimprove the machine's durability and reliabilitygreatly;

Aggregate Batcher

The aggregate batcher can be designed as under-ground, ground,and on-ground type. There are 3-5 aggregate hoppers, and it usesloader to load the aggregates;The hopper discharging gates and discharging speed are controlledby computer via cylinder. After aggregates scaling, the aggregateswill be conveyed into the transitional hopper by belt conveyor; eachand every aggregate is weighed individually or accumulatively, andthe weighing accuracy is guaranteed. The accuracy of aggregatesproportional ratio is realized through computer control system, whichautomatically re-feeds the aggregates if there is shortage of weight,warns if there is overweight, amends if there is any fall or mistake.

Mixing Tower

Modern modular structure designed mixing tower. All parts of mixing tower areconnected by bolts and nuts structure. It is easy and fast to install and dis-installthe whole plant, and it saves the time and cost to install and test the plant;Thetower, with compact structure, is made of external closed and colorful shapedsteel plates, which are anti-noise, anti-dust, and heat preserved:Has maintenanceand repair platforms and stairs with comfortable space;Washing system hashigh-pressure pumps, with automatic control and manual control;Closed structuredesign, closed aggregates conveyor, and external 360° lighting allow all-weatheroperation;The mixing tower can be designed as "-" "L" , and "T" shapes.Extensional designs are feasible as per specific requirements.


Liquid Weighing System

Water weighing and supplying are controlledby precise weighing sensors, pneumaticbutterfly valves and spherical valves, whichguarantee the weighing accuracy; thepressurized water by water pump can sprayout and mix with the materials rapidly in themixer, collect the dusts and wash the mixerthoroughly at the same time;The additive weighing system, with weighingsensor, has unique leakage-proof device.The additives, mixed with water, are sprayedinto the mixer.


Powder Weighing System

Cement and powder additives are conveyed intopowder weighing system by screw conveyor. Withhigh-precision weighing sensors, it uses weightingindicator to control the weighing. After reaching theset weight, the control system will send the order tostop screw conveyor, the materials are dischargedinto the mixer through weighing hopper by pneumaticbutterfly valve. Different solutions will be designedfor different types of powder additives, for the storage,conveying and weighing.


Environmental Protection Design

1.All the powder materials are conveyed under closed conditions from the conveying. dosing. batching. feeding to mixing:

2.The main mixer, cement weighing hopper and fly ash weighing hopper are all connected by dust suction pipes and compulsorydust extraction filter;

3.Atomized spraying of water uniformly mixes the water with cement, and at the same time, collects the dust;

4. Labyrinth dust -resistant plates and compulsory dust extraction fiters at the aggregates discharging gate minimize the dustemission and pollution;

5. The fully closed mixing tower and closed belt conveyor greatly reduce the dust and noise pollution.


Control System

The control system uses industrial computer, which consists of double computers with double controls. One is productioncontrol computer and the other is production management computer. The management computer is a backup computerfor the whole control system. When the control computer is out of order, the management computer can be changed into the

control computer to control productionA. Automatic and manual control, easy operation;

as per specific requirement;in the control room;

B. Automatic saving of production data in the computer, printing of the daily. monthly, and yearly statistic reports of production.

C. Weighing accuracy: automatic re-feeding if there is shortage of weight, warning if there is overweight;

D. The operators, with the assistance of safety monitoring system, willknow and monitor the running situations of the mixing plant

E. Long -distance trouble shooting by internet and teleservice, which greatly improves the user's abiity to trouble shoot the

system;

F. The control room, which is made of colorul shaped steel plates, is capacious, anti-noise and heat insulated. It guarantees the

working temperature of the electrical components, also improves the working comfortability.

Control System

The control system uses industrial computer

Batcher

Batcher consists of three aggregate bins, which are for threedifferent aggregates. The aggregates can be loaded by loader.There are two pneumatic discharge doors, for coarse andaccurate weighing. The cylinders open the door after receivingthe signal, and discharge the material to the weighing hopperrespectively.

Aggregates Conveying System

The aggregates are conveyed to the trough belt conveyor byweighing belt, and then conveyed into the mixer for mixingThe trough belt conveyor has the features of big tilt anglewhen conveying, compact structure, stable running, withhigh working reliability. The trough belt conveyor makes theinstallation and transportability much easier and faster. (Wealso have flat belt and herringbone belt for your choice).
