Focusing on green intelligent manufacturing, QGM shines at BICES 2025 Beijing Construction Machinery Exhibition

From September 23 to 26, 2025, the 17th China (Beijing) International Construction Machinery, Building Materials Machinery and Mining Machinery Exhibition (BICES 2025) was grandly held at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Pavilion). Fujian Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "QGM"), themed "High-end Green, Smart Future," showcased its three flagship equipment solutions and its dual international and domestic brand strategy at booth E4246. The exhibit showcased its latest comprehensive solutions for solid waste comprehensive utilization and green building materials equipment to global customers, becoming a popular attraction in the exhibition's construction and building materials machinery zone.


The ZN2000-2C concrete product forming machine is equipped with an "ultra-dynamic" servo vibration system and an intelligent cloud service platform. It can absorb large amounts of solid waste such as construction solid waste and tailings, and produce high-density blocks, municipal and hydraulic products. It reduces energy consumption, cement usage, and shortens production cycles, making it widely suitable for new urban construction and sponge city construction.


The HP-1200T turntable static press features a seven-station rotary layout and a wide range of molding areas and heights, meeting the diverse needs of imitation stone PC tiles. Its large-diameter liquid filling system outputs 1200 tons of pressure, offering energy-saving and high efficiency. It has been certified as one of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's 2023 100 Group Standard Application Demonstration Projects.




The ZN1500Y static press adopts an integrated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic design, and is equipped with servo vibration and remote operation and maintenance cloud services. It can efficiently utilize various solid wastes such as construction, metallurgy, and tailings to produce green building materials such as imitation stone bricks, landscape bricks, and water conservancy slope protection bricks. It has a high content of powdered solid waste and obvious advantages in resource recovery.star_border
