Academician Zhou Ji,former president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering,investigated QGM’s intelligented manufacturing.

In 18 Dec,the former president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, academician Zhou Ji,came to QGM(Quangong Machinery Co.Ltd) with his team, they wanted to investigate the development of enterprise’s intelligented manufacturing.

The chairman of QGM, Fu Binghuang ,had a reception to Zhou’s team and accompanied them on a visit.Under his guidance,the delegation has visited QGM’s block exhibition room,c ontrol centre of intelligent equipment’s cloud service,feeding workshop,electric workshop,etc. Chairman Fu introduced QGM company’s some programs.For example, absorbed advanced technology from Germany,introduced high-grade processing equipment,etc.

Academician Zhou has dedicated himself to machine design and R&D of CNC technology,he also cared about domestic development of intelligented manufacturing. After Fu’s introduction and field trip in QGM’s workshop,he gave a excellent appraise to QGM’s effort about intelligented manufacturing area. He expressed: we need to import building materials equipments from other countries previously,but now, QGM become the first-rank around the world by digitization and intellgentize,our domestic enterprises can get some enlightens from QGM. He expected QGM to make persistent efforts, to increase investment in technology researching, to achieve a breakthrough on core technology. Finally he hoped QGM can become a representative enterprise of China equipment manufacturing industry to world stage.

Recent years,QGM is committed to manufacture conversion,from traditional equipment to intelligent equipment.For example,the new large CNC gantry processing centre and fully automatic electric welding robot,not only save a lot of manpower,improve production efficiency,but also improve the product’s quality and craft level.In the future,QGM will keep trying and contribute to MIC 2025 In the future.
