From March 15 to 16, the Second Plenary Session of the Eighth Standing Council of the China Building Block Association was successfully held in Quanzhou, Fujian. As a Vice-President Unit of the Association, Fujian Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. served as one of the key sites for the meeting's inspection tour; industry leaders, standing council members, and supervisors gathered together to deliberate on major strategies for the industry's development.
During the meeting, delegates visited Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd. on the morning of March 15 for an inspection and exchange session. Accompanied by relevant company executives, the guests toured the corporate showroom and production workshops, gaining a detailed understanding of Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd.’s developmental trajectory, technological innovations, and applications of intelligent manufacturing within the field of concrete product equipment. Through on-site observation and explanatory discussions, the participants gained a more intuitive and profound appreciation of Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd.’s technical prowess in areas such as block molding equipment, automated production lines, and solid waste resource utilization machinery.
On the afternoon of the same day, the Standing Council meeting officially commenced. The meeting focused on key industry development priorities, covering a range of topics that included conveying the directives from relevant meetings held by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the China Building Materials Federation; reviewing the work report of the Association's Secretariat; deliberating on the Association's bylaws and regulations; and discussing matters regarding the appointment of new Vice-President Units, Standing Council Units, and Council Units. Furthermore, the meeting facilitated in-depth exchanges concerning the recruitment of members for the Association's Expert Committee, the establishment of regional representative offices, and the planning of key Association activities for 2026—thereby forging a consensus aimed at fostering the standardized and professional development of the industry.
On March 16, the delegates traveled collectively to Xiamen to visit the International Stone Fair, further broadening their industry horizons and promoting exchange and collaboration across the upstream and downstream segments of the industrial chain.
