1 Zenith “Ultra-Dynamic” Four-Axis Servo Vibration (Optional)
The Zenith Ultra-Dynamic system is a modern, high-quality vibration technology used in Fully Automatic Block Making Machine. It enables precise amplitude control within extremely short response times while ensuring flexible adjustability. The servo-driven system delivers high dynamics, improving mold filling and production cycle times. Both amplitude and frequency can be rapidly and precisely controlled.

2 Dual-Axis Servo Vibration (Optional)
Each eccentric shaft is driven by an independent servo motor, ensuring accurate control, quick response, and precise vibration force output.

3 Automatic Quick Mold Change System
Zenith’s automatic quick mold change system is based on the coordinated operation of multiple devices, enabling intelligent, fast, and precise mold replacement. Once the mold is transported next to the main machine, it is placed on the mold change unit by a lifting system. The system automatically completes the mold change process without manual handling, positioning, or locking.

4 Suspended Feeding System
The suspended feeding system adopts a modular design integrating the feed box, scraper, tamper brush, and arch-breaking unit. Both the face mix and base mix feeding boxes are mounted on the feeding frame, allowing for quick replacement and optimal feeding performance.

5 Hydraulic Reciprocating Arch-Breaking Base Feeder (Optional)
Hydraulically driven; the arch-breaking rake moves back and forth to break up material arches effectively.

6 Electrically Driven Swing Arch-Breaking Base Feeder (Optional)
Electrically driven; the arch-breaking rake swings at a set angle around the shaft to loosen the material.

7 Modular Main Frame
The ZN1200-2S main machine and face mix unit adopt a modular frame structure with precision assembly technology. Breaking traditional design concepts, it extensively uses high-quality bolted connections for the frame, vibration table, motor beams, and feed system. This design ensures an ultra-low maintenance rate, easy adaptation to various production conditions, and significantly shorter replacement time for wear parts.

8 Hydraulic Automatic Locking for Face Mix Unit
The connection between the main machine and the face mix unit of the ZN1200-2S is achieved through an advanced hydraulic automatic locking system. Hydraulic cylinders drive the locking components to tightly secure the face mix unit to the main machine. When the face mix unit needs to be separated, the system releases the lock, and a geared motor drives the face mix unit to move along its rails.

9 Press Head Locking Device
This mechanical locking mechanism consists of high-strength locking blocks, a wedge-shaped press head, and double-acting hydraulic cylinders. During demolding, the cylinders drive the locking blocks to radially clamp the press head, forming a mechanical deadlock. The mold is then released under constant pressure, effectively eliminating elastic rebound and micro-movement—ensuring sharp brick edges, smooth surfaces, and a greatly improved product qualification rate.

10 Electric Screw Lift Adjustment
Equipped with a high-precision screw lift for automatic height adjustment—offering high accuracy, easy operation, and enhanced automation.

11 Fully Integrated Control System
The ZN1200-2S main machine adopts the Siemens S7-1500 (6ES7 515-2AM01-0AB0) series PLC—Siemens’ high-end controller featuring large memory capacity, fast processing speed, and comprehensive functionality. The HMI visualizes all control system signals for easy and intuitive operation.

12 Extensive Expandability
The ZN1200-2S offers great hardware and software expandability. It can be equipped with various optional systems such as foam devices, color-mix systems, pallet extraction units, core-pulling systems, and transverse cleaning brushes, meeting diverse customer production requirements.
