2 Lowering table for wet products

3 Machine Frame
● ZENITH is the only company using bolted machine frames.
● The bolted and extremely robust machine frame consist of side frames, vibration table beam, vibration table motor beam and crosshead.
● The frames of competitors crack in time due to inflexible welding designs.
● The bolted Zenith machine frame is stable enough to bear intense pressure but also flexible enough to compensate the high vibration power. Therefore the durability is much longer.

4 Easy Maintenance
● The welded guide rails of the filler boxes are fitted with exchangeable wearing parts. These result in much lower costs and assembly time.
● The cross beam has been developed in such a way that the columns can be moved singly sidewards. This results in appreciably more rapid and less physically intensive maintenance work.
● Individual modules, motors, engine power adapters and computer units can be exchanged easily without the use of a service engineer or programmer.

5 Ultra Dynamic Vibration System
● The ZENITH Ultra Dynamic Vibration System guarantees enormous dynamics and at the same time high compaction of the products.

● The extremely dynamic vibration system has been developed in collaboration with the leading German University of Aachen. ● The innovative vibrating system has been designed to achieve precise amplitudes in a very short response time, while ensuring flexible adjustability.
● The high dynamics are achieved through the use of the latest SEW servo technology and enable the adjustment of the offset angle in less than 0.1s.

6 Electric Control System - User Friendliness
● To guarantee an optimal user friendliness the ZN1500-2 is equipped with a self-explanatory and intuitionally visualization concept.
● The clearly arranged visualization only display the most essential components. However, with a few finger pushes every detail of the plant can be selected and controlled in real-time.
● The ZN1500-2 comes with a mobile Siemens touch panel that ensures maximum operating convenience. The machine operator can carry the handy panel and operate the machine from different places.

7 Electric Control System
● Thanks to the intense Research & Development cooperation with Siemens since 2014, numerous innovations could be developed.
● ZN1500-2 has been equipped with the implementation of the latest industry 4.0 standards.
● With Siemens S7 1500 TIA Portal all components and processes of the machine are interconnected and can be totally controlled and optimized in real-time.

8 Advanced Hydraulic System
● ZN1500-2 equips with two main pumps (capacity 270l/min) and two pressure accumulators for quick cycle times during regular production.
● In case of a pump failure, the machine can be operated with the second pump to avoid a production stop.
● The additional pump for setting mode (capacity 20l/min) guarantees for a safe limitation of speeds for the respective movements.
