The HP-1200T fully automatic imitation stone brick production line independently developed by Fujian Quangong Machinery Co.,Ltd won the "Most Popular New Equipment for Customers at the 2024 China Concrete Exhibition" award for its excellent performance, leading technology and wide market application, and was selected into the "Fujian Province Industrial and Information Technology Key New Product Promotion Catalog". The equipment is equipped with a Siemens S7-1500 series PLC control system, combined with a visual operation interface, to achieve full-process automated control, easy operation, precision and efficiency. The super-large slewing bearing and servo motor control system ensure stable operation and precise positioning of the turntable, providing a solid guarantee for high-quality products.



The main pressure of the HP-1200T production line is as high as 1,200 tons. With the pre-pressing station, the product has higher density and excellent compression and frost resistance. By replacing different molds and rubber base plates, brick blocks of various specifications and colors, including imitation stone PC bricks, blind bricks, cultural stones, antique bricks, etc., can be produced to meet the diversified construction needs of municipal, garden, water conservancy, characteristic towns, etc. The production line has outstanding performance in energy-saving design, and adopts variable pump and proportional valve speed and pressure regulation technology to significantly reduce energy consumption.
