From September 18th to 19th, an expert review meeting for the industry standards for "Stone-like Concrete Brick (Slab) Forming Machine" and "Molds for Block Forming Machines" was held at Fujian Quangong Machinery Co.,Ltd. Over 20 experts from the National Building Materials Industry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee, research institutes, testing agencies, and corporate representatives gathered at the Quangong Taiwan Investment Zone headquarters to conduct final technical review of the two industry standards.
The meeting was chaired by Wang Yumin, Vice Chairman of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Building Materials Equipment. Fu Binghuang, Chairman of QGM, opened the meeting with a speech, reviewing the company's transformation from a single brick-making machine manufacturer to a high-end intelligent equipment service provider. He expressed his willingness to openly share experimental data and field application experience to help implement high-quality industry standards. Peng Mingde, Vice Chairman of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Building Materials Machinery, then delivered a speech. He pointed out that imitation stone concrete products combine the appearance of stone with the plasticity of concrete, with an annual market growth rate exceeding 20%. However, the lack of a unified technical language for equipment and molds has become a bottleneck for quality fluctuations and high energy consumption. The development of the two standards is of milestone significance for regulating market order and promoting energy conservation and carbon reduction.
At the meeting, the drafting group presented information on relevant equipment and the current state of the industry, the determination of key technical content, the handling of public comments, and test verification. In accordance with the review requirements, the experts reviewed and discussed the draft submissions, compilation instructions, and summary of public comments for two industry standards, namely, "Stone-like Concrete Brick (Slab) Forming Machine" and "Molds for Block Forming Machine," focusing on the technical content, interoperability, and standardization of the standards. They also provided revision suggestions and recommendations. The drafting group will further refine the standards based on the experts' technical review comments and submit them to the National Building Materials Machinery Standardization Committee within the specified timeframe.
Fu Binghuang, Chairman of Quangong Machinery Co.,Ltd., stated that this review meeting will serve as a new starting point, collaborating with upstream and downstream stakeholders in the industry chain to establish a benchmark for standard verification and continuously lead the development of domestically produced, green, and intelligent high-end concrete product equipment.
