Project shipment - Quangong Corporation's ZN1000-2C fully automated production line sets sail for Southeast Asia

Recently, Quangong ZN1000-2C fully automatic hollow brick production line was shipped to Southeast Asia. The equipment will be delivered to a well-known local cement products enterprise for the expansion project of producing 60 million high-strength hollow bricks annually.

Looking back at the origin of the cooperation, in 2024, Quangong Group exhibited the ZN1000-2C integrated brick making solution at the Southeast Asian Building Materials Exhibition, which aroused strong interest from customers. After the exhibition, the customer flew directly to Quanzhou and conducted a three-day in-depth inspection at Quangong headquarters: from raw material testing, sample brick testing, to energy consumption comparison of the entire line, to the upgrade plan for heat dissipation, rust prevention, and salt spray prevention for the local high temperature and high humidity environment, all of which were highly recognized by the customer team. After communication and exchange, both parties officially signed a supply contract and agreed to complete shipment and commissioning in the third quarter of 2025.

The Quangong ZN series products are produced strictly in accordance with German production technology and processes in China. Compared to domestic brand block forming machines, the ZN series products have smoother movement performance, higher brick making efficiency, and lower failure rate. In terms of performance, efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection, they are far ahead of similar products in China.
