Technical advantages

1. Advanced German Design Frame

2. Automatic Quick Mould Change System

When the mould is located in the main machine position, the hoisting system realizes automatic mould change on the quick mould change device. The tamper head and mould frame will clamp automatically by pneumatic station, which is safe, efficient, easy to operate and convenient to maintain.
● Pneumatic Mould Clamping Device: Consists of a mould support frame and pneumatic Pneumatic Clampers on both sides. During pre -vibration and main vibration cycles, it helps clamp and secure the mould, reducing vibration and achieving the best vibration effect, while extending the mould' s lifespan.
● Pneumatic Tamper Head Clamping Device: The tamper head is fixed by a clamping device with airbags, which allows easy and quick change of tamper head, shortens mould change time, and also ensures precise docking between the mould frame and tamper head.
● Electric Mould Insertion Device: The mould installation device is used to locate mould into the main machine and remove them by using an electric mould carrier. The mould carrier is suitable for most of the moulds on the market. Other special moulds can use customized carrier.
● Mould Change Device: installd on the main machine frame, used for hoisting the mould when changing mould, equipped with electric chain hoist (crane) and electric walking device

3. Feeding System

● The feeding box is hydraulically driven and uses a high-dynamic proportional valve control system. This device is equipped with a hydraulically driven mixing device, which quickly and effectively flls the mould. The mixing device is controlled by high-dynamic proportional valves and a feeding device. The feeding box’S front arm is equipped with an adjustable cleaning brush.

5. Precise Servo Control System

6. Hydraulic System

The pressure head, mold frame, aggregate car, and fabric car are controlled by The tamper head, mould frame, the feeding box for base-mix and face-mix are controlled by proportional directional valves with valve core feedback, offering Short response times. The closed- -loop control system (displacement ruler / encoder -PLC- -proportional directional valve-oil cylinder) ensures precise control, with fast and stable oil cylinder movement. The hydraulic station uses a variable displacement piston pump, which stops pumping pressure oil when the hydraulic system reaches the set pressure, unloading the pump and reducing energy consumption. The hydraulic station is equipped with an accumulator for auxiliary oil supply, allowing multiple actions to occur simultaneously, with stable hydraulic system pressure. The system also includes a pressure sensor, which displays on the operation panel for easy monitoring, as well as a temperature sensor, cooler, and heater to effectively control the oil temperature and maintain good hydraulic oil performance.
