Recently, Su Gengcong, deputy mayor of Quanzhou Municipal People's Government and chairman of Quanzhou Municipal Committee of the Taiwan Democratic Self-Government League, led a research team to Fujian Quangong Co., Ltd. located in Quanzhou Taiwan Investment Zone to conduct a preliminary investigation of special democratic supervision. The purpose of this investigation is to make preliminary preparations for the special democratic supervision work of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Taiwan Democratic Self-Government League in 2025, focusing on the two topics of "accelerating the construction of the pilot innovation platform system to help Quanzhou build a smart manufacturing city" and "accelerating the development of new materials science and technology innovation and industry".
Accompanied by Fu Guohua, deputy general manager of QGM, the research team visited important areas such as the company's exhibition hall, intelligent cloud equipment service platform, solid waste comprehensive utilization display area, and equipment workshop. Through on-site visits and detailed explanations, the research team gained an in-depth understanding of QGM's development history, the integrated model of production, education, research and application, talent training mechanism, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
During the visit, the research team highly recognized the achievements made by QGM in the brick machine industry for more than 40 years.
