QGM's ZN series high-end imitation stone PC brick production line was successfully put into production at a leading green building materials company in Southwest China.

Recently, the first batch of finished products of the ZN900CG fully automatic high-end imitation stone PC brick production line, which was tailored by Fujian Quangong Co., Ltd. for its strategic partners in the southwest region, rolled off the production line smoothly, marking the official operation of the solid waste resource utilization demonstration base jointly built by the two parties during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.



The project covers an area of 29.2 acres, including 17.66 acres of PC component production base. The entire production line consists of a ZN900CG fully automatic production line and two secondary processing lines, with an annual production capacity of 250,000 square meters. It can absorb 300,000 tons of urban construction waste and industrial solid waste on site. The solid waste resource utilization rate exceeds 90%, and it can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 15,000 tons each year, which is in line with the country's "zero-waste city" construction and carbon peak pilot policies.



This customer holds the national qualification for professional contracting of ready-mixed commercial concrete. Over the past 20 years, it has supplied nearly 20 million cubic meters of C10-C100 and UHPC concrete to projects such as housing construction, railways, highways, and integrated pipeline corridors. It also simultaneously exports green building materials such as polycarboxylate water reducers, functional mineral admixtures, and ecological concrete products, with profound technical accumulation and engineering experience.


QGM's ZN900CG fully automatic high-end imitation stone PC brick production line adopts servo hydraulics, intelligent visual recognition and cloud-based operation and maintenance systems to achieve precise raw material measurement, online quality inspection of finished products and dynamic optimization of energy consumption. The single-shift labor force is reduced by 30% compared with traditional production lines, the finished product rate is increased by 5%, and the unit energy consumption is reduced by 12%. The secondary processing line integrates water milling, shot blasting and nano-protective coating processes, and can complete high-value-added textures such as litchi surface, flamed surface and antique surface on the same platform, meeting the needs of multiple scenarios such as garden landscape, municipal paving, and prefabricated building exterior protection.
