The HP-600T large-format static press and its production line adopt a high-pressure hydraulic molding process, completing the compression molding of cement-aggregate mixtures through press filtration. The system utilizes an advanced PLC program control circuit to manage the entire machine operation, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality. The equipment is easy to operate, cost-efficient, and represents an advanced production solution for PC paving and imitation stone products.

The production line achieves precise material formulation through a batching and mixing system. Materials are conveyed via belts and lifted into the mixer, where thorough mixing takes place before being transferred to the facing material mixer. The main press table slides out, and during surface material feeding, a dosing hopper accurately distributes material into the mold frame on the sliding table. The table then moves beneath the press frame for press filtration forming. Meanwhile, pallets are delivered to the table’s secondary position by the pallet feeder. During the next dosing cycle, the formed bricks are automatically demolded. The system synchronously completes pallet feeding and the removal of wet bricks during the pressing process, ensuring efficient and continuous production.
